I only had a short time to audition these little gems. My friend had them stowed in his garage for two decades and we brought them down to see if they still had the sound he remembered. According to him, they did. The simplistic construction - notice the glue/putty/adhesive around the tweeter, and the interesting tone controls on the back terminal connectors make these speakers quaint. The sound, makes these speakers something to keep for decades.
How do they sound? Surprisingly natural - much like The Advent Loudspeaker. A little less bass, but quite nice, full, great for small spaces.

Yet another case where there is so little information available that I turn to you, the burgeoning HiFiCollector.com community for help. Picked up this great-looking HK tuner at a yard sale. Research shows it to be from about 1972, but there's very little on the Web about this model.
How does it sound? I don't know yet. Plugging it in next weekend - stay tuned (pun intended).
